Every email sorted before you open it.
Only people land in your inbox. Receipts, updates and newsletters file themselves, and new senders wait for your OK. Free, with no ads.
Less time sorting. More time replying to people you like.
Bring twenty years of email with you.
Sign in to your old account once and Mailivy copies everything across: messages, folders and contacts. Your old address keeps forwarding here until you’re ready to let it go.
A different address for every sign-up form.
Give every shop, newsletter and Wi-Fi portal its own throwaway address. Mail still lands in your inbox. If one starts attracting spam, switch it off and your real address stays private.
Encrypted so that even we can’t read it.
Same inbox on every screen.
Inbox zero without touching the mouse.
Free for one address. Keep it for life.

Plus and Business subscribers pay for the whole service. That means no ads, no sponsored messages and no data deals on the free plan, because we have nothing to gain from them. Your free address, 15 GB and every app stay free for as long as you use them.
Yes. Import once and Mailivy keeps forwarding anything new from your old account. You can reply as your Gmail address from inside Mailivy too, so your bank, your boss and your friends don’t need to update anything until you’re ready.
No. Codes, password resets and order confirmations are recognised from their headers and delivered straight to Updates or Receipts, even from a sender you’ve never heard from. The Screener only holds people and marketers asking for your attention for the first time.
Open the Screener, switch to the Blocked tab and choose Allow. Anything they sent in the last 30 days moves straight to your inbox. Blocked senders are never told, so your bank won’t know it happened.
No. Sorting looks at who sent a message and how—sender, headers and signatures—never at what it says. Stored messages are encrypted with keys derived from your password, so our staff can’t open them even if they tried.
Reset it from the sign-in screen, then unlock your older messages with the 12-word recovery phrase you saved when you signed up. A reset without the phrase still gets you back into your account and new mail, but older messages stay locked. That’s the price of email nobody else can read, including us.
Give every shop, newsletter and Wi-Fi portal its own alias. If one starts collecting junk, you know exactly who leaked or sold it, and one switch silences the lot. Your real address never appears on those forms, so it has nothing to leak.
Any time, with no fees and no waiting period. Export your whole mailbox as standard .mbox files and your contacts as .vcf from Settings → Export, then open them in any email app you like.
